Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards and social media to identify and engage potential job seekers.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews for candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding candidate availability and feedback.
- Market Research: Assist in researching industry trends to help fill open positions.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior recruitment or staffing experience required; training provided.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, CRM software).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and meet daily targets in a high-volume environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Midtown Manhattan.
