Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various job boards and social media platforms to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening and Interviewing: Perform initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide status updates on candidates.
- Data Management: Accurately maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems using our CRM software.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Market Research: Assist in researching industry trends and salary benchmarks to support our sales team.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value drive, attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
