Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify top-tier candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to update candidate status and maintain accurate records.
- Market open job opportunities through networking, social media, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- No prior recruitment or staffing experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
