Key Responsibilities
- Screen and interview job applicants to assess their skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Coordinate with client managers to understand staffing needs and open positions.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs in the Nashville area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
