Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend labor and administrative positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for weekend shifts, including job posting and sourcing.
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation for temporary weekend staff.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local El Paso businesses seeking weekend coverage.
- Handle payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
