Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15-20 high-profile clients across SF Bay Area
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary and contract roles
- Manage real-time staffing logistics and emergency coverage requests
- Maintain candidate databases and ATS systems with 99% accuracy
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with weekend staff and clients
- Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill weekend positions
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize weekend workforce utilization
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift management
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual candidates preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure weekend scenarios
- Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record for client visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of SF Bay Area labor laws and compliance requirements
