Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing operations for healthcare, hospitality, and tech clients across Seattle
- Screen and interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person assessments
- Process payroll and manage compliance documentation for temporary staff
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ active client companies
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Handle urgent staffing requests with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Track key metrics and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Experience with healthcare background checks preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
