Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across diverse industries
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews with job seekers during weekend hours
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system and maintain accurate records
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand their weekend staffing needs
- Facilitate onboarding for placed candidates and provide ongoing support
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize weekend hiring strategies
- Collaborate with full-time recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to multitask and manage high-volume weekend schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team alignment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment technology
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for San Antonio market
