What You'll Do
Our Weekend Staffing Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process during off-hours. You will identify, attract, and place candidates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Initial Screenings: Perform phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate logistics between hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless interview process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment software (ATS).
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to hiring clients regarding candidate availability and application status.
- Job Posting: Research and post job advertisements on relevant job boards to attract passive candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing paperwork and orientation materials for new hires placed by the agency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (or alternating weekends).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
