Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews for temporary and contract positions.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
