Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Schedules: Coordinate and assign staffing solutions for weekend shifts across various client industries in Columbus.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively recruit and vet potential candidates for immediate weekend availability.
- Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their weekend staffing needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for weekend staff, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records of hours worked, payroll, and candidate availability in our HRIS.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce management is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
