Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent for open requisitions.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assisting with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Updating candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and refine search strategies.
Qualifications
- No previous recruiting or sales experience required; we are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- A professional demeanor and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
