Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 key accounts across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and execute strategic staffing plans with C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain high-value candidate pipeline using Boolean sourcing techniques
- Drive client growth through consultative sales and retention strategies
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to optimize recruitment metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and market trends
- Analyze market data to inform compensation strategies and talent mapping
Qualifications
- 5+ years in staffing/recruitment with proven client portfolio
- Expertise in technical and executive-level placements
- Track record of exceeding KPIs (billings, retention, client satisfaction)
- Advanced knowledge of Twin Cities talent landscape and regulations
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with C-level executives
