Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry placements
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Manage client relationships and job order fulfillment
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate tracking
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies and market analysis
- Facilitate onboarding processes for successful placements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment processes
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis job market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions
- Relevant HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or CERS preferred)
