What You Will Do:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive in the Austin staffing landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High level of energy and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings to determine candidate fit.
- Perform market research to identify job leads and talent pools.
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Participate in daily team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Assist with job fairs and campus recruiting events.
