Responsibilities
- Execute Sourcing Strategies: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events to identify and engage passive candidates for open requisitions.
- Conduct Screenings: Perform comprehensive phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide tailored talent solutions.
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the interview process, providing feedback and market insights to ensure a positive experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to position our agency as the employer of choice.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales or customer service.
