Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for temporary staffing positions.
- Manage the scheduling and placement of temporary staff for weekend shifts.
- Onboard new hires and ensure all compliance paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
