Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of potential candidates for weekend-specific roles.
- Manage inbound applicant inquiries via phone and email with a high-touch, consultative approach.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for clients and candidates during weekend hours.
- Administer skills assessments and verify employment history for new placements.
- Update and maintain candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both hiring managers and job seekers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and reliably during weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
