Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary employees and clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate interview schedules and temporary placements efficiently using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases, ensuring all paperwork is compliant with state and federal regulations.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with orientation, paperwork completion, and setting up direct deposit.
- Market Research: Assist in researching local market trends to help develop effective staffing strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or recruiting is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse personalities.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new recruitment software.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-30 hours per week).
