Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of job applicants via phone and video interviews.
- Match qualified candidates to open job orders based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and prepare necessary paperwork for new hires.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
