Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Coordinate temporary staffing placements across healthcare, administrative, and light industrial sectors
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment documentation
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs and opportunities
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new temporary employees
- Monitor assignment performance and provide feedback to candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, recruiting, or administrative support
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
