Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to source passive candidates.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for future job openings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a staffing, recruiting, or customer service environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
