Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for part-time positions across healthcare, administrative, and retail sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS system and ensure timely placements
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for all candidates
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide post-placement support to both candidates and clients
- Participate in community job fairs and networking events to expand talent pool
- Track placement metrics and contribute to weekly staffing strategy meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience (agency-side preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred for San Antonio market
