Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates with open positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and job seekers in the Austin area.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Coordinate scheduling for weekend shifts and manage payroll documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional evenings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
