Responsibilities
- Conduct Phone and In-Person Interviews: Screen prospective candidates, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit for various roles.
- Client Coordination: Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, negotiate rates, and schedule placements.
- Onboarding Management: Facilitate the paperwork and orientation process for new temporary employees to ensure a seamless start.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Analysis: Monitor local labor market trends in Albuquerque to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Staffing Operations: Oversee the weekend schedule, ensuring 100% coverage for client accounts and managing payroll for weekend staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new HR software/ATS platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
