Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across Virginia Beach
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to expand business opportunities
- Utilize our ATS and CRM systems to track placements, metrics, and candidate pipelines
- Present qualified candidates to clients and facilitate seamless onboarding experiences
- Drive weekly pay solutions for placed candidates to enhance job satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekly pay focus
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and client relationship management
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and employers
- Familiarity with Virginia Beach's labor market and industry sectors
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet weekly/monthly KPIs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
