Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in Washington DC metro area
- Build and nurture talent pipelines across IT, healthcare, and government sectors
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Implement data-driven sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
- Train junior recruiters on market trends and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years recruitment experience in DC metro area staffing or corporate HR
- Proven track record placing technical or specialized healthcare roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) required
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills and emotional intelligence
- Deep understanding of DC labor laws and OFCCP compliance
- Ability to travel 10% for client meetings and industry events
