Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across IT, engineering, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in SF Bay Area
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews and negotiations
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track candidate pipelines and metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct market analysis to inform recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Collaborate with sales team to align recruitment goals with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience in San Francisco
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and quotas
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Strong understanding of Bay Area tech industry and talent landscape
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
