Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through networking, job boards, and referrals
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop client relationships through regular communication and market trend analysis
- Utilize ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with team members to implement innovative sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in high-volume hiring
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to assess candidate cultural fit
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement (time-to-fill, placement rates)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
