Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client partners
- Screen and onboard candidates for weekend shift roles
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments via our proprietary system
- Conduct on-site client satisfaction checks during peak weekend hours
- Process payroll documentation for weekend staff
- Collaborate with event planners for last-minute staffing needs
- Maintain compliance with Nevada labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication skills in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) with rotating shifts
- Valid Nevada driver's license for client site visits
- Knowledge of Las Vegas hospitality/event industry preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
- Ability to multitask across 5+ client assignments simultaneously
