Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors
- Screen and interview candidates during weekend onboarding sessions
- Manage client communications and resolve urgent staffing requests
- Process payroll documentation and compliance paperwork for weekend staff
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate availability and placement success
- Conduct site visits to ensure client satisfaction with weekend personnel
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless week-to-week operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or recruitment with weekend shift experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Experience with healthcare staffing compliance preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
