Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Memphis
- Conduct weekend interviews and assessments via phone/in-person
- Coordinate onboarding for weekend-shift workers with client partners
- Manage applicant tracking system and update candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with local job seekers for weekend opportunities
- Resolve staffing issues and provide weekend client support
Qualifications
- 2+ years in recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Knowledge of Memphis's labor market trends
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (client site visits required)
