Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across Minneapolis
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments during weekend shifts
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for weekend placements
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS system
- Build relationships with local employers to understand weekend staffing needs
- Provide exceptional candidate support throughout the placement process
- Collaborate with the full-time recruitment team to ensure seamless coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Minneapolis job market preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts
