Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for weekend shift positions in Baltimore area businesses
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with qualified applicants
- Match candidates with weekend shift roles based on skills and availability
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for weekend placements
- Maintain accurate candidate and client documentation in ATS system
- Build relationships with local businesses for weekend staffing needs
- Provide exceptional service to candidates working weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently on weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during site visits
- Knowledge of Baltimore's weekend shift job market preferred
