Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for weekend shift positions across manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments on weekends
- Coordinate temporary staffing schedules with client partners
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Build relationships with local businesses to identify weekend staffing needs
- Onboard new temporary employees and ensure workplace safety compliance
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Valid Michigan driver's license with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible weekday availability
- Knowledge of Michigan labor laws and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
