Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify, screen, and hire top talent for key client accounts.
- Manage the entire hiring pipeline from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to source passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and coordinate candidate assessments with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and internal clients to meet staffing KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the DC market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Demonstrated success in a commission-based or agency environment.
- Proficiency with modern ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on weekly payroll accuracy.
- Reliable transportation for client visits in the DC metropolitan area.
