Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and onboard new hires
- Track key recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume staffing environments
- Expert knowledge of Tampa Bay's job market and industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification a plus
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
