Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in weekly-paying temporary/contract positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments for role alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to fill high-volume urgent assignments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume assignments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly valued for local market
