Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Utilize ATS systems for applicant tracking and reporting
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth transitions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing or recruitment coordination
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
