Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sifting: Utilize advanced search techniques and social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates in the Denver tech market.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and culture fit.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone and video screen interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Closing: Negotiate offers, manage the candidate experience, and ensure a seamless transition from offer to start date.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring technologies to provide expert advice to clients.
- Admin: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the staffing or technical sector.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Denver, CO.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
