Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across 15+ industry verticals using Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms
- Build and nurture robust talent pipelines through strategic networking events and digital outreach campaigns
- Conduct behavioral interviews using competency-based frameworks to assess cultural fit and technical capabilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and meticulous candidate matching
- Collaborate with sales team to develop customized staffing solutions for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience within a staffing agency or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) with data-driven reporting capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex job requirements to diverse candidates
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Deep understanding of Chicago's labor market dynamics across key industries
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent searches while maintaining strict deadline adherence
