Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and build relationships with local businesses in Cleveland to secure contract and direct hire opportunities.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates and present top-tier profiles to hiring managers.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including contract negotiations, salary structuring, and onboarding support.
- Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and expand our market share.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with market trends in the staffing industry to advise clients on labor availability and wage expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong drive to succeed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Location: Must reside within the Cleveland, OH area or be willing to commute to our downtown office.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
