Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through weekly check-ins
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Utilize LinkedIn and ATS platforms for talent acquisition
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly placement targets
- Attend local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or sales experience
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work evening/weekend hours as needed
- Strong understanding of Detroit's labor market
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs
