- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across hospitality, healthcare, and event sectors
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS system with 48-hour response standards
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments for weekend shift roles
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for weekend staff placements
- Maintain client relationships through weekly check-ins and performance reviews
- Resolve staffing emergencies with same-day contingency solutions
- Analyze weekend staffing trends to optimize placement efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in weekend/holiday shift roles
- Strong knowledge of NYC's weekend labor market dynamics
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid NYS staffing license (if applicable)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
