Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend and temporary positions across diverse industries

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and staffing software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional evening availability
