Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and urgent staffing needs
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews with candidates on weekends
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand evolving staffing requirements
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS systems and weekend recruitment events
- Facilitate onboarding processes for weekend-shift placements
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize weekend sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
