What You Will Do
Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and placing talent for our valued clients. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a seamless experience for both job seekers and employers.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for weekend shifts across various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, applicant tracking, and offer management.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local businesses and job seekers in the Seattle area.
- Conduct thorough background checks and credential verifications to ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and improve fill rates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are required.
