Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across San Diego's thriving industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, logistics, and entertainment sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize cutting-edge ATS technology and social recruiting strategies to maximize candidate pipeline
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday)
- Analyze market trends to position candidates strategically for premium weekend shift roles
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift or 24/7 industry focus
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually in high-volume roles
- Expertise in San Diego's job market with strong local network
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during non-traditional hours
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
