- Conduct phone and video interviews during weekend hours
- Manage candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system

- Maintain accurate records in recruitment databases
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Louisville job market preferred
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
