Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, hospitality, and industrial clients
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions
- Process payroll and timesheets for weekend staff
- Resolve staffing issues and client concerns during weekend operations
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with full-time recruiters to ensure seamless coverage
- Conduct onboarding for weekend shift employees
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Basic knowledge of labor regulations and compliance
